I have been working in the field of community mental health for more than 15 years.  I specialize in working with youth and adults with a history of anxiety, depression, trauma, issues related to self-image, LGBTQ+ population, substance use, serious mental illness, involvement in the criminal justice system, and dysfunctional family dynamics.  I focus on client-centered therapy with a highlight in resilience and empowerment, while utilizing evidence-based modalities to identify and make changes in your life.  If you are looking for a professional partner to guide you through your journey, then I look forward to hearing from you!
