Nichole Conrad, LCSW

I am passionate about learning and find great power in knowledge. What I enjoy most about being a therapist is helping others better understand themselves and witness how healing the self-discovery process can be. Some of my strengths and focus areas include navigating anxiety, anger management, betrayal trauma, self-image and self-confidence, attachment issues, addiction, and parenting challenges.

I have worked at a crisis center, an outreach program for those with severe mental illnesses, the Utah State Prison, and a substance abuse treatment facility. My goal is to guide you through the emotions you feel, understand the “why” behind your behaviors, and create new healthy patterns for moving forward. I look forward to working together!
