Community Partnerships
At Resilient Life Counseling & Wellness Center, we believe that healing happens best when we come together. We're honored to collaborate with incredible organizations that share our commitment to supporting emotional wellness, personal growth, connection and healing within our community. These partnerships allow us to expand access to care, offer new opportunities and create meaningful programs that truly make a difference. We're deeply grateful for the trust and shared vision of these amazing partners and for all the ways they help us continue to serve and strengthen the communities we love.
A Bolder Way Forward Partnership
We work in partnership with A Bolder Way Forward, a statewide initiative that focuses on helping Utah women, girls and families thrive. The movement is part of the Utah Women and Leadership Project at Utah State University and uses a systems-thinking approach to address education, workplace equity, health, safety, and community engagement.
As a women-focused practice, we care deeply about the well-being of our clients and the social factors that impact their mental health. We also understand that broader systemic changes are needed in addition to individual changes addressed in therapy. It is our goal to promote resilience and belonging for women and this cannot happen without broader community and state-wide efforts.

Utah Mental Health Statistics (Wilde et al., 2025)
32.5%
of Utah women report a depressive disorder diagnosis compared to 19.5% of Utah men
44.6%
of Utah women ages 18-34 report seven or more “poor mental health” days out of the previous 30 days compared to 30.2% for Utah men
42.4%
of female youth reported feeling “sadness or hopelessness” for two weeks or more in the past year compared to 25.8% of male youth
At Resilient Life Counseling, we are committed to educating our employees about these issues and providing training and resources to aid our clients with their challenges. We also participate in research studies and events promoting A Bolder Way Forward’s mission to help women thrive.
