Rebecca Criddle, LMFT
Our relationships define the quality of our lives! If you want to take a measure of your quality of life, take a look at your relationship with others and with yourself.
Developing a healthier sense of self or connection with your partner can have a pivotal and life-changing impact on your life. As a clinician, I have witnessed how powerful this journey of hope and discovery can be, and I invite you to not continue to suffer unnecessarily. My greatest goal is to help provide you with a safe and compassionate environment to help you navigate your journey toward health and healing.

When not working with clients, you’ll find me chasing after my four children and husband, learning about gardening and baking, and playing basketball.

In my clinical practice, it has been my privilege to work in residential treatment, inpatient hospital care, and community clinics. My experience often leaves me humbled by the courage and resilience of my clients who face life's challenges. My overall clinical focus has been supporting healthy couples and families, depression and anxiety, grief/loss, suicidal ideation, trauma recovery, women’s health, parenting, and addiction recovery. My graduate training in Marriage and Family Therapy was completed at Brigham Young University in 2009 with my undergraduate work completed at the University of Utah. If you are thinking of taking a new step towards change, I want to invite you to reach out to me with any questions you may have.
