Diane Farmer, LCSW, CCTP
I recognize that life is a challenge. I bring to therapy life experience and kindness. I have worked with a wide variety of clients and I have worked with depression, anxiety, trauma, suicide ideation, women's issues, grief, and loss. Therapy is a courageous step and I love to see the growth as clients take this journey. The gift of listening and caring is the key to good therapy and healing. I prefer a collaborative approach with a person-centered style to adapt to the needs of each client.
My experience is with families, couples, and individuals helping them to manage their lives in a healthier way. My hope as a therapist is to help my clients on their own personal journey to live their best life. I have training in EMDR, Gottman, Play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Mind-body Bridging, Integrated Families Systems (IFS) and other evidence-based therapies.
