Teen Therapy
A space for your teen to be heard, with you supported along the way.
Being a teenager is a lot. Pressure at school, friendships that shift overnight, big feelings no one explained, and the work of figuring out who they are. And if you are a parent, watching your teen struggle without knowing how to help can be one of the hardest places to stand.
Teen therapy gives your teen a supportive, judgment-free space of their own, while keeping you informed and involved in ways that respect their growing independence. We meet teens where they are, with warmth, respect, and approaches that fit them, never a one-size-fits-all script.
What to Expect
A parent or guardian begins with a free consultation to share what you are noticing and what you hope for. We then match your teen with a therapist who fits their personality and needs. In the early sessions, your teen’s therapist focuses on building trust, because teens open up when they feel safe.
Teens do best when they know their conversations have privacy. Your therapist will explain how confidentiality works with both of you, including when they would reach out to a parent to keep your teen safe. [CONFIRM CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY] Parents are included through check-ins and guidance on how to support your teen at home.

Frequently Asked Questions
My teen does not want to come. What should I do?
This is very common. Many teens warm up once they meet a therapist who listens without judgment. Starting with a conversation about what to expect can help your teen feel more in control of the process.
How involved will I be as a parent?
You will be an important part of the process. Your teen’s therapist will balance your teen’s privacy with regular check-ins so you feel informed and supported.
Do I need to wait until things are serious?
No. You do not need a crisis to reach out. If something feels off, or your teen is carrying more than they should have to alone, support can help.
What ages do you work with?
