Individual Therapy
A space that is yours, with someone who walks alongside you.
You are the one who keeps things moving. You show up for work, for your family, and for everyone who counts on you, and somewhere along the way your own needs slipped to the bottom of the list. Individual therapy gives you dedicated time to slow down, be heard, and reconnect with your own strength.
Our therapists offer warm, client-centered care tailored to who you are and what you are carrying. There is no one-size-fits-all plan here. Together, you will build practical tools, make sense of what you are feeling, and move toward a life that reflects your values.

What to Expect
Your first step is a free consultation, where we learn what brings you in and match you with a therapist who fits. From there, sessions are a collaborative, one-on-one conversation. Your therapist listens first, then works with you to set goals that feel meaningful to you.
Depending on your needs and your therapist’s training, your work may include approaches such as CBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, attachment-based therapy, or mindfulness and somatic practices. You never need to know the names ahead of time. Your therapist explains what they are doing and why, and you set the pace.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if individual therapy is right for me?
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want support making sense of your life, individual therapy may be a good fit. You do not need to be in crisis to reach out. A free consultation is a low-pressure way to talk through what you are hoping for.
What if I have never been to therapy before?
That is completely okay. Your therapist will guide you through the first sessions and explain each step. Many people tell us the hardest part was making the call.
How often will we meet?
[CONFIRM CADENCE] Many people begin with regular sessions, weekly or every other week, then adjust as things progress. Your therapist will talk with you about a rhythm that fits your goals and your schedule.
Is what I share confidential?
Therapy is confidential, with limited legal exceptions such as safety concerns. Your therapist will walk you through this at your first appointment so you know exactly how it works.
