Anxiety & Depression

You do not have to power through this on your own.

Maybe your mind will not slow down. Maybe everything feels heavy, flat, or like too much effort. You may be doing a great job of looking fine while you feel exhausted inside. Struggling does not mean something is wrong with you, and it does not mean you are doing it wrong.

Our therapists offer warm, practical support to help you understand what you are feeling, build skills that work, and reconnect with energy, hope, and a sense of yourself.

Support That Fits How You Feel

Anxiety and depression show up differently for everyone. For some, it is a busy mind and a tight chest. For others, it is heaviness and withdrawal. Many people feel both at once.

Your therapist helps you make sense of your experience and builds a plan around it, combining practical skills with a space where you can be heard without judgment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if it is anxiety or depression?

You do not need to figure that out before reaching out. Your therapist will talk with you about what you are experiencing and help you understand it. If a medical evaluation would be helpful, they can suggest talking with your doctor.

Can therapy help if I am also taking medication?

Yes. Many people combine therapy with medication prescribed by their doctor or psychiatrist. Our therapists do not give medication advice, so please bring those questions to your prescriber.

How long will it take to feel better?

Everyone’s timeline is different. Many people begin noticing small shifts as they learn new skills, and your therapist will check in regularly to adjust the plan.

What if I do not have the energy to come to sessions?

That is very common with low mood. Tell your therapist what feels realistic right now, and they will work with you. [CONFIRM TELEHEALTH AVAILABILITY]
