Mindi Haddock, LCSW
I believe that the foundation of all meaningful change starts with a single realization: you are inherently worthy of a life you love.
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, defined by their past, or burdened by the belief that they aren't "enough." My mission is to help you recognize and believe in your own great worth. I have seen firsthand that when a person truly embraces their value, they gain the clarity and courage to make the positive changes necessary to create a fulfilling, joyful life.
Throughout my career, I have worked primarily with women and young adults navigating their most difficult seasons, including survivors of domestic abuse and those facing the heavy shadows of anxiety, depression, loss & grief, and self-esteem issues.
Because every person’s journey is unique, I utilize a robust toolkit of evidence-based practices tailored to your needs. This includes EMDR to process "stuck" traumatic memories, CBT to untangle harmful thought patterns, and DBT to provide concrete skills for managing intense emotions and improving your relationships. Beyond these primary frameworks, I incorporate various other strategies—from mindfulness to solution-focused techniques—to ensure your care is as well-rounded as possible.
You are not defined by what has happened to you, and you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. I am here to help you rediscover your strength and build a future you are truly excited to live.
