Ellie Lambert, MSW-I

I have a strong passion for working alongside children, teens, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships.

I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including adolescent day treatment at Huntsman Mental Health Institute, outpatient therapy, and research through Intermountain Health’s suicide prevention study for teens and adolescents. I’ve also supported children and teens with trauma histories in individual therapy and family therapy, helping them process difficult experiences and develop tools for emotional regulation, confidence, and connection.

I am trained in trauma-informed care and hold a basic certification in EMDR. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, ADHD, and family-related challenges. I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor my approach using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, and EMDR.

I feel honored to walk alongside clients in their healing journey, helping them uncover their strengths, understand their emotions, and build healthier patterns for moving forward. I look forward to supporting you and your family.
