Service Description

Join our transformative experience for women! Becoming Resilient creates a supportive space for women navigating significant life change, fostering resilience, personal growth and meaningful connections. *What: Monthly resilience workshops that provide a holistic approach to integrate educational and skill development, mindfulness experiences and guided group discussions. *Registration is still open and spaces are limited to help create a cohesive, intimate and supportive community. *Cost: $55 per experience or $160 for a 3 month bundle. (Payment plans and sliding scale options available because we want all who are interested to have access to this amazing program.) *Where: 1353 N 1075 W Farmington, UT 84025 *When: Second Saturday of each month from 10 am-12:00 pm January 11th : Striving & Thriving: Navigating Difficult Life Transitions February 8th: Mindful Habits & Motivation: Mind-Body Connections March 8th: Finding Your Compassionate Self: Loving Yourself in Every Season **April 12th- Creating Healthy Narratives: Building a Solid Sense of Self Presentation by Ruth Henderson, LCSW Embody the Qigong Experience led by Aleena Hill, Master Instructor Guided Group Discussion facilitated by Tamilyn Fillmore, CSW and Yulia Goff, CSW More to come throughout the year!
