Bridget Goode, CSW
Clinical Therapist
My path to becoming a therapist was a winding one. I spent seven years as a medic in the U.S. Air Force before transitioning into civilian healthcare, where I served as a Clinical Director for a women's health clinic. Through those experiences, I discovered a passion for supporting people through some of life's most difficult and transformative moments. As a woman veteran myself, I also understand the unique challenges that military service can bring and enjoy supporting veterans as they navigate healing, identity, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I am a trauma-informed therapist who works from a feminist lens, creating a space where clients can explore their stories, better understand themselves, and move toward meaningful change.
I am Level 2 trained in the Gottman Method and enjoy helping couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create greater emotional safety in their relationships. I am also Level 4 trained in Lifespan Integration, a trauma-focused approach that helps clients integrate past experiences and develop a stronger, more cohesive sense of self.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me reading, hiking, camping, spending time with my 16 chickens and two dogs, or enjoying time with family and friends.
