Join us for a new and exciting experience designed to empower, connect and support women of color! *What: 8 week group - Women's BIPOC support group *Registration is now open and spaces are limited to help create a cohesive, intimate and supportive community. *Cost: $25 per experience or $175 for all 8 weeks *When: Each week on Monday evenings 6:00PM-7:30PM, starting July 28 *Where: 1838 N 1075 W Suite 100 Farmington, UT 84025 Our topics below will emphasize the importance of critical conversations. We want to ensure our participants have a space to seek safety, authenticity and healing, as well as celebrate cultural legacies and wisdom. July 28: Navigating Identity and Intersectionality August 4: Healing from Racial Trauma August 11: Processing Stressors and Challenges in our Community August 18: Addressing Intergenerational Trauma & other adverse experiences August 25: Community Healing & Generational Wisdom September 8: Body Image and Beauty Standards September 15: Stress Management and Wellness September 22: Empowerment & Cultural celebration We sincerely appreciate your interest in this exciting new program!
