Becoming Resilient creates a supportive space for women navigating divorce, loss or any significant life change, fostering resilience, personal growth and meaningful connections. Registration is now open and spaces are limited to help create a cohesive, intimate and supportive community. What: Monthly resilience workshops that provide a holistic approach to integrate education, somatic healing and guided group discussions for personal growth. Supportive Healing Community: An intimate space of healing for women who are on a similar journey together fostering resilience and meaningful connection. Expert Guidance: Topics led by licensed professionals will cover relevant and valuable topics. Cost: $55 per experience or $250 full series discount. Payment plans and sliding scale options available because we want all who are interested to have access to this amazing program. March 14 - Reclaiming Your Well-Being: Creating a kinder relationship with your body and what you need to help support your healing. April 11 - Rebuilding Your Confidence: Focusing on healthy decisions, boundaries and developing inner trust that grows from showing up for yourself. May 9 - Designing a Life You Love: Finding purpose and joy as you step forward with intention and a deepened sense of who you’re becoming.
